How it works

Signing a PDF adds your signature to a document without needing to print it, sign by hand, and scan it back in. You can either draw your signature directly with your mouse or finger, or upload an image of an existing signature, and place it onto the first page of your document.

How to use it

  1. Choose your PDF — Works with any document.
  2. Draw or upload your signature — Sketch it directly, or upload an existing image.
  3. Download your signed file — Placed on the first page automatically.

Common questions

Where does the signature get placed on the page?

Currently the signature is placed in the bottom-right corner of the first page, matching where signatures conventionally appear on contracts and forms.

Is this a legally binding electronic signature?

This tool visually places a signature image onto your PDF — it doesn't provide the certified audit trail or identity verification that formal e-signature services offer, so check what your specific situation requires.

Can I sign multiple pages, like initialing each page of a contract?

Currently signing places one signature on the first page per run — for a multi-page contract needing initials throughout, run the tool again for each page.

Is my file uploaded anywhere?

No. This tool processes your file directly in your browser. It is never sent to a server, stored, or seen by anyone.

Is there a file size or daily limit?

No daily limit. Very large files (roughly 100MB+) may be slow since everything runs on your own device's memory rather than a server.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Every tool on this site is free and requires no sign-up.
