How it works

Organizing a PDF means visually rearranging its pages — reordering them by dragging, rotating individual pages, or deleting ones you don't need — all before saving a new version. This is useful when a scanned document's pages are out of order, or when you want to build a custom page sequence from a longer file.

How to use it

  1. Choose your PDF — Every page appears as a numbered row.
  2. Reorder, rotate, or delete — Drag rows to reorder, or use the buttons on each row.
  3. Save and download — Get your reorganized file.

Common questions

Can I see thumbnail images of each page while organizing?

This tool currently shows a numbered list rather than visual page thumbnails, since generating page preview images requires additional technology not yet part of this tool.

Can I undo a change after making it?

Reordering and rotations can be adjusted again before you save — once you download the final file, further changes need a fresh upload.

What's the difference between this and Rotate PDF?

Rotate PDF rotates every page the same way in one click; Organize PDF lets you rotate, delete, and reorder pages individually with more granular control.

Is my file uploaded anywhere?

No. This tool processes your file directly in your browser. It is never sent to a server, stored, or seen by anyone.

Is there a file size or daily limit?

No daily limit. Very large files (roughly 100MB+) may be slow since everything runs on your own device's memory rather than a server.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Every tool on this site is free and requires no sign-up.
